Welcome to Ahimsa Wellbeing

Helping you embrace the fullness of being human —so you can live with wholeness, fulfilment and aliveness.

In Sanskrit, Ahimsa means non-harming—a philosophy rooted in compassion, kindness and respect for ourselves, for others and for the world around us. A philosophy that our founder believed in since the discovery of the word during her learnings in India decades ago.

For us, Ahimsa is more than a name. It's the way we choose to live, work and care.

It reminds us that true wellbeing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about coming home to yourself, embracing the fullness of being human, and creating a life that feels whole, fulfilling and alive.

We’ve cultivated this space with unwavering intention.

  • We believe you don't have to choose between ambition and inner peace.

  • We believe success is most meaningful when it is accompanied by fulfilment.

  • We believe growth begins from wholeness within, not from chasing externally to fill the void.

  • We believe transformation happens through the small moments of everyday life.

  • We believe a meaningful life is one that is lived consciously—with ourselves, with others and with nature.

Meet Our Collective.

Our collective is built on a shared foundation of conscious living. We are driven by passion, grounded by values. Together, we blend elite professional expertise with deep inner work to help you arrive to your goals, sustainably and accelerate into your highest potential.

Founder, Master Facilitator and Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist

Ryana Yusoff

With over a decade in the wellbeing space, Ryana is an internationally recognised, award-winning trauma-informed holistic coach. Having lived across three different continents, she has spent her career working with diverse cultures and mindsets globally. Her client roster ranges from Fortune 500 executives and top neurosurgeons to celebrities, students, and homemakers. She is recognised amongst Singapore’s top life coaches and honoured with global wellness awards.

Ryana bridges cutting-edge science with ancient practices. Guided by a deeply kinetic and intuitive gift, Ryana physically senses and tracks energy, allowing her to facilitate healing that is deeply felt even in virtual spaces. Her work centers on a profound truth: we must slow down to accelerate. In a world that glamourises constant pushing and performing, Ryana teaches that creating deep safety in the body rewires the subconscious mind’s blueprint of what abundance truly is. This profound shift allows for a state of complete openness, enabling us to receive our desires with genuine ease.

“Vulnerability and softness are never weaknesses. They are exactly what strength looks like when it is completely secure.”

Aizah Rozalli

Sound and Chakra Healing Facilitator

A photographer, independent marketing professional and creative writer, Aizah brings years of experience partnering with global tech brands.

For Aizah, the work of photography and writing is rooted in pure joy—an act of radical observation that honours the raw, unfiltered truth of the human experience. Driven by this same deep curiosity and desire for inner alignment, her path into holistic practice expanded through her own healing journey alongside Ryana.

Over the past year, she undertook an immersive training under Ryana, a deeply gifted mentor known for her profound capacity to hold transformative space. Through this period of deep learning, softening, and integration, she now brings her training into practice—specialising in sound and chakra healing. She facilitates spaces of resonance, helping others restore energy, and stay grounded in their daily lives.

“I believe our real purpose isn't to prove our worth or chase validation, but to stay curious — learning about ourselves, connecting to the world around us, and staying open to the richness of everyday life.”

Max Veenhuyzen

Food and Travel Journalist, Consultant

At Ahimsa Wellbeing, we believe that what we put into our bodies is a vital extension of our well-being. Max brings this philosophy to life. A known food and wine journalist with more than two decades of experience, Max is one of Western Australia’s most respected culinary figures.

Max joins the collective exclusively during our retreats to curate intentional, conscious dining experiences. He connects our community directly to local makers, guiding guests to experience food far beyong the plate. By teaching us to understand where our food comes from and the energy of the people and nature who makes it happen. He transforms eating into a mindful practice of deep nourishment for the body and soul.

“Nature, including the plants, animals and us holds an equally vital place in the ecosystem. True thriving only happens when we realise that we are not separate from this balance, but a deeply connected part of it.”
